Online Donations
Online PayPal donations are charged a 1.99% + $.49 per transaction processing fee which is deducted from your donation. This deduction will be reflected in your receipt from Paypal.

If you make your donation via a mailed in check your receipt will reflect your total donation.

Please note: Donations made through Paypal or credit card (the donation button above) will appear on your credit card or bank statement listing FJC, but your donation will go directly to The Gary Moser Memorial Fund.

HOW WE USE OUR DONATED FUNDS
We are proud to report that Gary's Fund is run with the lowest possible administrative costs.

Every cent of every dollar sent by Gary's Fund to our African projects has always gone and will continue to go as a direct "pass-through" to those projects. This means that not one dime may be used for overhead or administrative costs by our partners. These terms have never been negotiable.
The Gary Moser Memorial Fund for Africa is administered by FJC Philanthropic Funds. Including a 2% fee assessed quarterly (an industry standard charge) around 5% of total donations to Gary's Fund will be used for processing, and other administrative costs. Because our fund earns interest each year generally this 5% is recouped and the total fund balance remains stable.

We have found these fees to be fair and very much within the industry standard range.

The total cost of producing and mailing our annual newsletter, and all costs incurred to develop, run and maintain the website are paid directly by the Moser family. No one at Gary's Fund draws any compensation for their time or work nor do we receive reimbursements for any expenses.
